 DIRECTING ACTORS

    This was my first time directing another person and it was one of the biggest challenges of directing a film and working with an individual who may have different personalities, opinions, and working styles. As a director, you must communicate your vision clearly and effectively, while also being open to feedback and willing to compromise when necessary. Communicating with the actress was difficult for me, I had trouble explaining how I wanted the actress to act. Having to direct someone sounds easier on paper than it does in reality. I'm glad I got the chance to work with another actress, it taught me that I need to be open and has helped me learn how to explain my vision clearer
